About the Role

As an Account Director, you’ll own strategic customer relationships across the oilfield freight and logistics space. You’ll be responsible for client retention, account growth, and delivering measurable value by aligning our software with operational needs in the field.

Responsibilities

  • Own product strategy and roadmap for logistics, dispatch, and tracking features


  • Gather and synthesize feedback from users in the oilfield and back-office teams


  • Translate operational workflows into clear product specs


  • Collaborate with designers and engineers to deliver high-impact solutions


  • Monitor product performance and iterate quickly based on usage data


  • Prioritize ruthlessly across competing demands and customer requests

Requirements

  • 5+ years in enterprise account management or customer success


  • Experience in oil & gas, field logistics, or transportation tech is preferred


  • Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills


  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment


  • Willingness to travel up to 30–50%
