About the Role
As an Account Director, you’ll be the key point of contact for our most strategic customers. You’ll develop strong relationships with oilfield operators, logistics providers, and enterprise partners to ensure successful onboarding, usage, and growth of our platform. You'll collaborate closely with sales, customer success, and product teams to align our solutions with client needs and maximize value delivered.
Responsibilities
Build and maintain deep relationships with key accounts
Understand oilfield logistics workflows and map them to product capabilities
Lead client onboarding and training programs
Drive upsells, renewals, and long-term account expansion
Collaborate with product and engineering teams to relay customer feedback
Deliver reporting and usage insights to customers and internal stakeholders
Requirements
5+ years experience in account management, enterprise customer success, or B2B sales
Familiarity with oilfield services, logistics, or transportation industries is a strong plus
Proven ability to manage large accounts and drive revenue growth
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Experience working with cloud-based SaaS products
Willingness to travel to customer sites (25-50%)
